Meet Our Team

Kathryn Coz

With over a decade of experience helping students reach their highest potential on the SAT and ACT, Katie is a nationally recognized test prep expert who works with students locally, across the U.S., and internationally.

Katie began her tutoring career at a boutique firm in Washington, D.C., quickly rising to become the Director of Florida operations. In 2022, she launched her own tutoring company to provide highly personalized, results-driven test prep services.

From 2018 to 2024, Katie also served as the Head of PSAT/SAT Programs at the prestigious Cushman School, where she designed and led curriculum initiatives that dramatically improved student outcomes.

Her individualized, diagnostic approach goes beyond test-taking strategies - Katie focuses on building academic fundamentals, strengthening students confidence, and identifying both strengths and areas for growth. Her proven methods reduce test anxiety, improve timing and pacing, and help students achieve their personal best.

On average, Katie’s students see a 320-point increase on the SAT and a 6-point gain on the ACT, leading to stronger college applications and broader acceptance opportunities. Her track record speaks for itself: she brings out the best in every student.
